Unbilled Orders KPI - Negative Amount but No Transactions

We're using the canned Unbilled Orders KPI for our customers and for today, one of our customers has a negative amount for the "same day last year" (5/10/2020). However, upon loading the underlying Open Sales Report view, there are no transactions. I confirmed this with a saved search.

What is driving the negative amount?
