Workflow error when setting shipping status to SHIPPED in item fulfillment record

Help,

I am creating a workflow to email a shipping confirmation to the customer when specific set of conditions are met. Taking it one-step at a time, I began building the set of steps in the workflow. The workflow is set to trigger on Before User Submits. I am getting an Authentication Failed notification when I test for Shipping Status on Item Fulfillment record set to SHIPPED. I don't get the error if the Shipping Status is set to PICKED or PACKED. What am i missing?
