Drag and Drop Feature

We do 100 journals a month and they are all supported by the SAME file.

So naturally I don't want to have 100 copies of the same file via the drag and drop routine.

Thinking about scripting but not sure of best practice. Any suggestions here? It looks like I have to do Communication - Files - and point to the same spot in filing cabinet.

All suggestions would be appreciated.
