This notice is intended for customers who are using the NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments (EBP) SuiteApp. In the upcoming 2021.1 efix release, NACHA Data Security 2021 rules will be included in the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp and will be applicable for all Native and Custom ACH Templates.
What is Changing?
As part of NACHA Data Security 2021 rules for the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp, you will be able to:
- Store the account number of Automated Clearing House (ACH) in encrypted form so that it is not visible to users.
- Hide the Account Number field in view mode on the Company Bank Details and Entity Bank Details pages. The data entered in this field will be stored in an encrypted form on the database.
