Missing Exchange Rates for Venezuelan Bolívar (VES) Currency Pairs
This notice applies to you if you have enabled the Currency Exchange Rate feature in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Refinitiv, one of our data providers.
Due to an issue with Refinitiv between April 23, 2020 - January 28, 2021, your NetSuite account did not receive exchange rates for certain currency pairs that include the Venezuelan Bolívar (VES).
We suggest checking your transactions, consolidated exchange rates (if applicable), and any other processes you have in place that use and rely on these exchange rates between April 23, 2020 - January 28, 2021, to ensure their accuracy.
If you find any inaccuracies and would like to backfill the missing exchange rates, please contact NetSuite Customer Support.
