Notice: Electronic Bank Payments Bundle Issue on Payment File
This notice is intended for customers who are using NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. This message applies to those accounts with SuiteApp running in version 2021.1.5 or 2021.1.5a. If your account is running version 2021.1.5b, please ignore this message. (Check the version for Electronic Bank Payments bundle under Customization > SuiteBundler > Search and Install Bundles > List.)
Due to Issue 632754 : Electronic Bank Payments > Multiple PFA Files Issues (e.g. Incorrect Format/ Incomplete Character Lines/Length of record is Invalid/Same Bank Account Number etc.), NetSuite Support is advising customers on 2021.1.5 and 2021.1.5a to review any bank files created before processing and sending them to the bank, note the payment file format and the account numbers.
