Action Required: Update Your Oracle-NetSuite WMS Sync to Version 2.05.5

This notification applies to you if you installed the Oracle-NetSuite WMS Sync SuiteApp in your NetSuite production account. Version 2.05.5 of the Oracle-NetSuite WMS Sync SuiteApp was released on June 22, 2021.

Your integration uses the Token-based Authentication (TBA) feature with the HMAC-SHA1 signature method that will no longer be supported in NetSuite 2021.2. To use the SuiteApp with NetSuite 2021.2, you must update your version of Oracle-NetSuite WMS Sync to version 2.05.5. The 2.05.5 version of the SuiteApp facilitates the migration to the HMAC-SHA256 signature method that NetSuite 2021.2 will support.

Required Actions

To use Oracle-NetSuite WMS Sync with NetSuite 2021.2, you must take the following action:

  • Update to version 2.05.5 at any time between the release on June 22, 2021 and your production account upgrade to NetSuite 2021.2.
