recommendation on using 1 user for all integrations
Hello All!
I have been asked by Boomi developer to create a dedicated user for his connection. Meanwhile, I have one integration user for the other 6 integrations we have.
Each of those 6 use TBA & a dedicated Role. And the role is marked as web services only. Seems fine.
We have one SuiteCloud+ license and intend to use it for Boomi and one custom API where we upload records nightly.
Boomi community says that risks are: suer account lock-out and easier traceability. This makes sense. I seem to recall that the log could be filtered by Role (yes/no). If there is, I still have traceability.
