Reminder: 72-hour Test Window Scheduled for Data Center-Specific Email Domains

This is a reminder of the planned test window related to the end of support for data center-specific email domains. The end of support for data center-specific email domains means that you may need to update the Email Case Capture and Email Capture Plug-in email domains for sending email to your NetSuite accounts. These domains are used outside your account when you need to send or forward an email to your account.

What is Changing?

On July 20, 2021, in all NetSuite production accounts, we will temporarily remove support for data center-specific email domains. This 72-hour test window will give you the opportunity verify email access to your NetSuite production account. During the test window, only account-specific email domains will be supported for your production account.
