Using Relationships Subtab on Transaction Record
Has anyone found a meaningful way to use and/or extract data from the Relationships tab on a Sales Order record?
We don't use it generally because it is hard to use and (seemingly) impossible to report on.
However, SuiteCommerce Advanced stores the Contact who raised the online order in the Relationships subtab.
I cannot find a way to access this Contact via Saved Search or Workflow. The closest I have come is a Custom Field sourced from a Saved Search which will show the name of the contact as plain text - but this cannot then be used in any subsequent searches or workflows as it is sourced from a search.
