Saved Search to find last depreciation date by asset

edited Jul 15, 2021 12:38PM in Ask A Guru 5 comments

Hi There

I am trying to create a saved search on depreciation history records for an asset so that it returns the latest depreciation history record for an asset only.

So for example, for asset FAM000042, I want the search results to show me the record (highlighted with the red box) as that is the latest/highest/max date for the depreciation history record for that asset.

From the asset depreciation screen itself:

Under my search results, I have grouped by asset and transaction amount.

I have selected max for the date.

As per the screencap, this is giving me all depreciation history records for the asset rather than just the maximum.

Howdy, Stranger!
