Setting tax code based on subsidiary

Hi All,

I was trying to set a tax code based on subsidiary using a workflow.

Here is the screenshot of workflow:

but this wasn't updating the tax code on the sales order.

Am I selecting incorrect field on sales order.

I appreciate any response.
