SCIS Credit Memos being Voided
I have an Urgent Support Case already opened with NS, but since this is stumping them, I thought I'd try here. 3 days ago, SCIS all of a sudden started voiding Credit Memos randomly.
On a return, the Credit Memo no longer creates a Customer Refund and either stays open and voids itself.
On an exchange, the Credit Memo does not apply itself to the Invoice, and either stays open or voids itself. Usually, the void seems to happen when the clerk gets the message that a transaction has not completed, but it never comes back for them to be able to complete it.
