Having to check tax box on taxable customers?
We are running into an issue where we have customers who are set to be taxable but whenever we create estimates/sales orders/etc we have to always hit the tax checkbox instead of it automatically choosing to be taxed. The parts themselves are also set to be taxable. This can be very time consuming when we have departments that order 50-100+ items at once. Is there something we are missing?
