Iterate over sublists in email template
Hi Everyone, I have a newbie question that I hope someone can answer or at least point me in the right direction. I've spent more time on this than should be necessary but I'm not able to get this to work, and given what I've read I'm not sure that I will but I'd like confirmation before I give up and move on.
We have Subscription and Subscription Line custom record types defined, for sake of argument call them customrecord_sub and customrecord_subline. Subscription Line is a sublist of Subscription.
We have a Subscription saved search that returns upcoming renewals based on Subscription Line end date. The result fields are defined as:
