Is there a way to transfer an invoice from one account to another?

When creating a multiple location account like Nordstrom's, Our customer service team set up the account wrong. They created every store in stead of creating one account with multiple shipping addresses. Now I have a payment and there are 50 invoices across 50 stores, instead of just one account.
