Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Expire Customer Center Access
Has anyone been successful expiring Support Management, Customer Center access (not website) after xx # of days of not logging in?
My scenario is: I would like to prevent Customer contacts that may become stale (left the company, had a role change, etc.) and have not been properly maintained from logging into and accessing the Customer Center information, they are no longer entitled to.
I would like to prevent Customer Contacts that should no longer have access to our Customer Center downloads, documentation, information, cases from having access.
I would love to be able to find a setting similar to the Password Expiration in Days that applies to the Customer Center.
