Performance is very Slow!

Long time 9 year Netsuite Admin for my company.

We have noticed very slow performance with NS for the past few months. I have a trouble ticket and the NS tech said that 15-25 seconds to open - save and access pages and functions is normal? This occurs in our corp office on all PCs and my home office on 2 PCs.

We have 100mb fast internet so its not our connection.

Have cleared cookies and cache to no success.

The NS tech told me it was common for slow access initially at the start of the day as each page or function has to be "cached" ??
