Prevent creating sales order for non buying customer
Hello team,
Can you please help if the following requirement is achievable through workflow. I know scripting can do it but my wish is to achieve through workflow.
We have a custom fiel "Account Set up Complete" under customer record and financial tab. Our customer creation team check this box to make sure all details for customer are filled and ready to create sales order for customer.
Current situation: Sales rep can create sales order even when customer is not set up properly.
Required scenario: On attempting to create sales order for any entity, system to check if "Account setup complete" field is check or not.
