Reminder of the SuiteSocial SuiteApp Retirement

in Announcements

This notice applies to you if have installed and still use the SuiteSocial SuiteApp (bundle ID 122085) in your NetSuite account. The SuiteSocial SuiteApp is targeted for retirement as of March 31, 2022.

What is Changing

The SuiteSocial SuiteApp in NetSuite is targeted for retirement as of March 31, 2022.

Targeted for retirement means that:

  • Any problems you may encounter with SuiteSocial will not be investigated by the Engineering team.
  • No further updates to SuiteSocial-related code or documentation will occur.
  • The SuiteSocial SuiteApp is no longer available for purchase. No new installations of the SuiteSocial bundle are permitted.

You do not need to uninstall the SuiteSocial SuiteApp from your NetSuite account. Your existing data will be retained. However, you should not create any new content using SuiteSocial. If you continue to use SuiteSocial in your account, please be aware of the limitations listed above.
