New Premium Phone Service for Latin America
A new Premium Service of Spanish language telephone lines in Latin America are now available. This service is being launched to help you with higher severity cases that significantly affect the use of NetSuite.
The telephone numbers according to region can be found below:
- Mexico: 523324703495
- Colombia: 5716517994
- Argentina: 541152997975
- Peru: 5116151487
- Chile: 56228307675
For lower severity cases and assistance in Spanish, you can submit the case online from your NetSuite Account Center. For online assistance in English, please use the Contact Support Online link in SuiteAnswers.
