Please be advised that our authorized Account Integration Service Provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo approximately four hours planned outage. Standard maintenance will take place to perform a database upgrade.
The schedule of the planned outage is on Saturday, 7 December 2024, from 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time to 2:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Sunday, 8 December 2024.
During the maintenance window, all connections and import requests to your financial institutions in the United States and Canada through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try to connect a new U.S. or Canada financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive an error message.

Test Window to Ensure SAML SSO Metadata Has Been Updated
This notice is intended for customers who use SAML Single Sign-on(SSO) as an authentication method for access to the NetSuite UI. Your configuration still uses an obsolete value for the Assertion Consumer Service. As of October 11, 2021, any value for the Assertion Consumer Service other than the value https://system.netsuite.com/saml2/acs will stop working. You must update the SAML configuration metadata at your Identity Provider (IdP).
What is Changing?
As of October 11, 2021, the only supported value for Assertion Consumer Service will be https://system.netsuite.com/saml2/acs. Your existing SAML Single Sign-on configuration at your Identity Provider is using a different value for the
