Hello! I'm trying to set Field Level Help for a custom field using HTML. I'm following this SuiteAnswer 46513 https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/46513 I've copied the sample HTML. Test Heading Paragraph one. I've logged in to a fresh Chrome incognito, cleared cache and receive this: Removing and do not have an impact. Would anyone have suggestions on how to resolve?

HTML Format for Field Level Help of Custom Fields - Not working

Hello!

I'm trying to set Field Level Help for a custom field using HTML. I'm following this SuiteAnswer 46513

I've copied the sample HTML.

     <p>Paragraph one.</p>
  </body>
</html>

I've logged in to a fresh Chrome incognito, cleared cache and receive this:

Removing <body> and <html> do not have an impact.

Would anyone have suggestions on how to resolve?
