Incorrect and Missing Exchange Rates for Certain Currency Pairs

in Announcements

This notice applies to customers who have enabled the Currency Exchange Rate feature in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Refinitiv, one of our data providers.

Due to an issue with Refinitiv, your NetSuite account has been identified as having received either incorrect exchange rates or missing exchange rates for certain currency pairs in the past. The incorrect pairs include 58 VES pairs, 17 SRD pairs, JPYDOP, and LSLBWP. These issues span different time ranges. If you need additional information, please reach out to NetSuite Customer Support for more specifics regarding the dates and pairs that were impacted.
