REMINDER: Phase 3 NetSuite Release 2021.2 Production Upgrade Date
Phase 3 of the production upgrade to NetSuite Release 2021.2 is about three weeks away. Please look at the New Release Portlet on your NetSuite dashboard to see your upgrade date and time.
If the New Release portlet is not already displayed on your Home dashboard, click Personalize > Standard Content > add New Release Portlet.
We are reserving 4 hours for this upgrade maintenance. However, many customer upgrades are completed much faster, within 60 minutes.
Also, please take advantage of your free 2021.2 Release Preview account. Your Release Preview account is a copy of your production account, which has been upgraded to 2021.2. This allows for you to verify that your critical business work flows will continue to work properly after your production account is upgraded. Please review the,
