Bank Feeds SuiteApp: Replacement of Financial Institution Sites Operating in Europe
This notice applies to customers who are using the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp.
What is Changing
NetSuite’s Authorized Information Service Provider (AISP) is replacing a list of financial institution site connections for Europe bank feeds integration on October 8, 2021. This change aims to improve security and ensure smooth bank feeds connection to financial institutions operating in Europe.
Connections to deactivated financial institution sites will be replaced by new financial institution sites that use the Open Banking method and are PSD2-compliant.
After October 8, 2021, you will no longer be able to connect to and import transactions from the deactivated financial institution providers using the Bank Feeds SuiteApp. Any bank feeds connection using the deactivated financial institution sites will result in import errors.
