AR/AP Balance at specific date in Transaction Saved Search

I've been trying to create a Saved Search that would give me the AR / AP Balance of a Vendor as a specific point in time. For example, we're in October now, but the Vendor needs to know the Balance from 31st December.

Is this possible to create on a Saved Search? I've not had success yet.
