Prevent unpaid order from shipping
We have a situation where we need to commit a Sales Order, so we need to move it from Pending Approval to Pending Fulfillment. However, we are still waiting on payment for this order. We use the terms "Pre Paid (Wire)" for this.
Is there a way to prevent the picking ticket or fulfillment from happening, until the payment is applied?
I need a way to ensure we have the money before the order ships.
