Adding predefined tax code on a non inventory item

Hello Guru's!


I have a non-inventory item (Freight: Stock Transfer), that always has the same tax code (CA-S-AB). It defaults to another code on the purchase order, so it must be something I can change, but I can not figure out where to do it?? Will someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
