OpenAir | Inbound IP Address Change

The OpenAir inbound IP Address will be changing in the upcoming weeks. The change is planned to occur on October 19, 2021 on Sandbox, and November 16, 2021 on Production.

Customers using tools which require awareness of the expected inbound IP address may need to make updates to properly handle this change. Please forward this notification to your IT department to ensure their awareness. Most accounts and users will not be affected by this change. The old IP address will be left in place for a period of time to avoid impact. Please note the outbound IP address will not be changed.

Please share this notification with your IT/technical staff to ensure their awareness of these important changes.
