Action Required: Verify Your Domain Configurations
This notice is a reminder to verify the DNS configuration for one or more of your domains that Oracle NetSuite is handling.
Before January 15, 2022, you must verify that each of your domains served by Oracle NetSuite ultimately point to the unique canonical name displayed in the CNAME (Alias) field on the Domain record in your NetSuite application.
As an example of a CNAME in NetSuite, shop.wolfeelectronics.com is a domain name, and the full CNAME is shop.wolfeelectronics.com.hosting.netsuite.com.
What is Changing?
The use of CNAMEs in NetSuite is not new, but as we continue to optimize our hosting model, an incorrectly configured domain may lead to service downtime. Domains served by Oracle NetSuite must ultimately point to <
