vendor, vendor price and subsidiary saved search

We have multiple subsidiaries. For a vendor, there are different vendor price(entered) for each subsidiary. For example,

Vendor1 Sub1 VendorPrice1

Vendor1 Sub2 Vendor Price2

In the saved search, we get two lines for each sub. It's very confusing.

Vendor1 Sub1 VendorPrice1

Vendor1 Sub1 VendorPrice2

Vendor1 Sub2 VendorPrice1

Vendor1 Sub2 VendorPrice2

The fields we would like to show are Vendor, Subsidiary, VendorPrice(Entered).

Can you please help to find out why there are two lines for each sub when vendorprice1 not equal vendorprice2? and how to fix it?

Thank you,

Lily
