Custom field value from other record field
Hello Experts,
We are trying to create a custom field "Order Confirmation email" which we going to use for workflow later.
The "Order confirmation email" field on Sales order needs to have values from Customer Relationship tab?
if its multiple, user can select from drop down
And can we use the custom field above to create a workflow to send email to value entered in that?
Any help on this?
