How to view only unopened campaign recipients?
Our marketing team wants to resend campaigns to recipients who did not open the email campaign. It seems like there is no way to do this since NetSuite logs every response all the way from queued to opened so if I create a search excluding the opened responses those recipients still populate because at some point in time they did not open. Is there any way to do this?
