Community Tip: Check out the new Related Q&A features
Sometimes the fastest way to get answers is by looking for the right questions. In our last survey, we heard you were having difficulty searching for the related discussions. In light of this, we're excited to introduce two new features to the NetSuite Support Community:
- Related Q&A Widget - We added a new widget to the discussions page so that you can easily access threads related to the current discussion and find answers faster!
- Ask a Question Type Ahead - We added a new type ahead feature when you type out new questions so you can check existing related thread on the suggestions box. Remember, our Gurus are quick on finding solutions but not as fast as opening up a thread with an accepted answer!
