Concatenate record field with text in workflow.

Hi ,

I have a workflow that populates the title of a task when a specific custom form is used.

I would like to concatenate the currwent record company field with some text using a formula but can't figure out how to write it. I tried this but no success.

Any ideas?

Also it would be great if anyone knew of a list or directory of the formula text that can be used. Does that exist?
