Why is the credit memo not under related records of the invoice?

According to answer ID: 82074 (https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/82074/kw/credit%20memo%20not%20on%20invoice%20related%20records) The credit memo should be visible under the "Related Records" tab of the invoice when it is applied. Why is it not visible in my UI?
