Bank Feed Import - Chase (US and CA Bank Feeds Parser)
Is anyone having an issue today with the Bank Import Feed specifically with Chase, today?
We were connected and operating properly and today the import failed.
We have already performed the following steps:
1. Cleared browser cache and cookies (Note: This is required.)
2. Logged in to the Bank website
3. Logged out of the Bank website
4. Navigated to Setup > Accounting > Financial Institution > List
5. Clicked View on Bank Feeds
6. Go to Format Profile: Configuration tab
7. Clicked Connect to U.S. and Canada Accounts
8. Clicked Edit on Format Profile
9. Go to Connectivity Configuration tab > Select Institution
10. Searched and selected the Financial Institution
11. Entered credentials
