Please be advised that our authorized Account Integration Service Provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo approximately four hours planned outage. Standard maintenance will take place to perform a database upgrade.
The schedule of the planned outage is on Saturday, 7 December 2024, from 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time to 2:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Sunday, 8 December 2024.
During the maintenance window, all connections and import requests to your financial institutions in the United States and Canada through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try to connect a new U.S. or Canada financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive an error message.

Resolved: Missing Currency Exchange Rates Between November 15 and November 19, 2021
This notice applies to you if you have enabled the Currency Exchange Rate feature in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from one of our data providers.
Due to an internal issue, which lasted between November 15 and November 19, 2021, your NetSuite account did not receive exchange rates between these dates.
The issue has been resolved, and the missing exchange rates between November 15 and November 19 have been populated in your account.
We suggest checking your transactions, consolidated exchange rates (if applicable), and any other processes you have in place that use and rely on exchange rates with Effective Dates between November 15 and November 19, 2021, to ensure their accuracy.
