You have not been granted access to the bundle.

I got this error when I tried to install the following bundle(ID:364000).

An Oracle staff suggested that you should file a support case to be granted access, but I got another error when I created support cases. (A problem occurred while submitting your case.Customer Support has received your case information and will submit it manually.)


I would like to install this bundle as soon as possible but I'm stuck with those errors completely...

What is the quickest solution for this...?
