Saved search on Sales order and invoices that that have changed date or price between dates

I am trying to write a saved search that will get Sales Order, Invoice, or Fulfillment records that that were modified in Price, Quantity or Date.

I cannot find a ready example and I am getting permissions errors on manual recommended thread of "100 Ways to Use Formula Fields".

The search does not have to be one merged search and could be separate ones.
