Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Changes in Capital One Connections for U.S. Bank Feeds in NetSuite
This notice is intended for customers who are using the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp. Beginning January 15, 2022, Capital One will no longer support the automated import of bank data from U.S.-based Capital One accounts.
What is Changing?
Capital One is changing their bank integration for U.S.-based Capital One accounts and will begin limiting access to their U.S. credential-based site on January 15, 2022:
Site Name: Capital One
Login URL: https://verified.capitalone.com/sic-ui/#/esignin
These changes mean that your current automated Capital One bank feeds processes will fail starting January 15, 2022. To continue receiving bank data imports from your U.S.-based Capital One accounts, you must rebuild and reauthenticate your existing connections for each import session.
