NetSuite Admin Tips | Improving Product List Page Load Times
SuiteCommerce websites with large numbers of items may experience slow load times when accessing the Product List Page. One reason for this can be having too many matrix items loading an excessive amount of item fields through the Item Search API.
Luckily there's an easy way to resolve this by choosing to use an alternative Matrix Child Item Field Set that is unique to the Product List Page:
- Go to Commerce > Websites > Website List > Edit Website Record > Field Sets
- Create an alternative Matrix Child Items Field set that contains a more minimal set of fields for the Product Listings Page.
