Suite Commerce Advanced Order Creation taking more than 25 secs with no scripts/workflows

We are on 2018.2 version of SCA and Order Creation by the customer/guest customer taking more than 25 secs with no scripts/workflows deployed on sales order.


Any suggestions on improving this?
