Production Workflow Error Not Happening In Sandbox

I created a workflow using the following triggers in a Sandbox account:


I recreated this workflow using the exact same triggers in a Production account:


When I am in Sandbox, I receive the expected email from the above action. When I am in Production, I do not receive the email, but do receive the following error in the workflow system log:

Why is this working in Sandbox but not Production?
