Still looking for answer about Calendars and Project Tasks
Here's the scenario/situation:
Jane is a Field Tech, and as such normally assigned to Project Tasks most of her Work Calendar.
Bill is a Project Manager and as such has Project Tasks as well as CRM Events such as Strategy meetings, corporate and manager admin meetings, etc.
Joe is an Account Manager. Joe needs to meet with Bill and/orJane for example. How does Joe know when either are actually available?
How does Bill know whether Jane has a day off, or is taking part in a CRM training event when he is trying to schedule her for a Project Task?
