NSC | Send Email Based on Specific Status on Opportunity Record
Here are the steps on how we will be able to send an Email depending on the status on the Opportunity Record.
This is achievable by creating a Custom Body Field first to to get value of the Status then creating a Workflow to add a Send Email action for the Specific Status on the Opportunity Record.
1. Create Custom Transaction Body Field to get value of the Status
1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
2. Label: Enter Status for WF
3. Type: Select Free-Form Text
4. Store Value: Remove Checkmark
5. Click Applies To tab
§ Opportunity: Enter Checkmark
6. Click Display
