Please be advised that our authorized Account Integration Service Provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo approximately two hours planned outage. Standard maintenance will take place to perform a database upgrade.
The schedule of the planned outage is on Sunday, 3 November 2024, from 10:30 p.m. Pacific Time to 12:30 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday, 4 November 2024.
During the maintenance window, all connections and import requests to your financial institutions in the United States and Canada through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try to connect a new U.S. or Canada financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive an error message.

REMINDER: Phase 1 NetSuite Release 2022.1 Production Upgrade Date
Phase 1 of the production upgrade to NetSuite Release 2022.1 is about three weeks away. Please look at the New Release Portlet on your NetSuite dashboard to see your upgrade date and time.
If the New Release portlet is not already displayed on your Home dashboard, click Personalize > Standard Content > add New Release Portlet.
We are reserving 4 hours for this upgrade maintenance. However, many customer upgrades are completed much faster, within 60 minutes.
Also, please take advantage of your free 2022.1 Release Preview account. Your Release Preview account is a copy of your production account, which has been upgraded to 2022.1. This allows for you to verify that your critical business work flows will continue to work properly after your production account is upgraded. Please review the,
