Shiphawk - Incorrect Fedex tracking # on website

Hi,

A customer was complaining that the our tracking number were not coming in correctly. She was getting a page not found each time she would click on the link. I tried multiple links on her page and same results.

The fedex tracking # looks like this from our website: http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?action=track&tracknumbers=1111111111 (fake #s)

If i go the sales order in the backend; then click on the shipping tab and go to Tracking # the link works correctly and looks like this: https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=111111111

Any ideas on where I would go to change the format for the website? tx!

Howdy, Stranger!
