NSC | Show Case Incoming Message
In the Case Record, the Incoming Message can be seen only on Edit Mode. In order for it to show on View Mode, create a CRM Field and Workflow.
1. Create CRM Field
1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > CRM Fields > New
2. Label: Enter Label
Example: Incoming Message
3. Type: Select Free-Form Text
4. Store Value: Remove Checkmark
5. Click Applies To
§ Case: Enter Checkmark
6. Click Save
2. Create a Workflow
1. Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
2. Name: Enter Incoming Message
3. Basic Information:
§ Record Type: Select Case
§ Execute As Admin: Enter Checkmark
§ Release Status: Select Released
§ Initiation: Select Event Based
4. Event Definition:
§ On Create: Enter
